The session includes 50 minutes of Reiki energy in transitional Usui style. The front and back of the body will be treated. I generally place between 1-3 symbols in the body to elongate the resonance of the treatment. It is very common to experience deep relaxation, seeing colors, a serene sense of calm and well being during and after the session. This form of healing is deeply rewarding and can be maintained by self treatment following an attunement to level 1. Many clients fall asleep during treatment as their body unwinds and relaxes on the cellular level.
